Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to smalltextgenerator.art, including the Small Text Generator and the site's informational pages. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

These terms apply only to this website. The apps, games, social networks, and other services where you paste generated text have their own rules and terms.

What the service provides

Small Text Generator is a free browser-based utility. It replaces supported letters and digits with small-cap-style, superscript, or subscript Unicode characters. It does not install a font or change the font size of ordinary text.

The current tool accepts up to 500 characters at a time. It requires no account and processes conversions in your browser. Unsupported characters remain unchanged. Features, mappings, limits, and supported styles may change as the site improves.

Your text and generated output

You keep any rights you already have in the text you enter. You are responsible for having the right to use that text and for the way you publish, share, or otherwise use it.

We do not claim ownership of the Unicode output produced from your text. You may use that output for lawful personal, educational, creative, or commercial purposes. You do not need to pay a license fee or credit Small Text Generator.

Permission to use generated output does not give you rights in someone else’s name, trademark, copyrighted work, identity, or other protected material. It also does not allow you to copy or redistribute the website itself.

Acceptable use

Use the site and its output lawfully and with respect for other people, their rights, and the rules of the destination platform.

• Do not use styled or look-alike characters to impersonate a person, brand, business, or official account.
• Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, threats, abuse, illegal content, or deceptive activity.
• Do not use Unicode substitutions to evade moderation, safety filters, sanctions, bans, or platform enforcement.
• Do not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not interfere with the site, probe its security, introduce malicious code, overload it, or disrupt access for other visitors.
• Do not scrape, mirror, resell, or republish substantial parts of the site or present the generator as your own competing service.

Website content and intellectual property

The site’s branding, logo, design, layout, code, explanations, and other original content are owned by us or used under applicable licenses. Copyright, trademark, and other laws may protect them.

You may link to the site and quote brief portions of its informational content where the law permits. Without permission, you may not copy the generator or reproduce substantial site content. You also may not remove branding or present a modified version as the original site.

Unicode, compatibility, and accessibility

Generated results use Unicode characters, not visual formatting. Unicode does not provide a matching small form for every letter. Fonts, devices, browsers, and apps may also display the same character differently. Some fields may reject, remove, normalize, or replace styled characters.

Screen readers, search tools, translation systems, mentions, and moderation tools may not interpret small Unicode text correctly. Keep names, links, instructions, legal notices, emergency information, and other important content in regular text. Test the exact result in its destination before relying on it.

Third-party platforms and links

We do not control whether Instagram, TikTok, Discord, games, messaging apps, or other platforms accept generated characters. Your use of those services remains subject to their rules. A platform may change its character support or policies without notice to us.

The site may link to third-party websites for reference or convenience. A link does not mean we endorse or control that website. Third-party content, availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.

Availability and changes to the service

The service is free and does not include a service-level agreement. We may correct mappings, change features, set reasonable limits, suspend access, or discontinue all or part of the site. We do not promise that the site will always be available or remain unchanged.

We may restrict access to protect the site, other users, or third parties. We may also do so to respond to misuse, address security concerns, or comply with law. There are no user accounts, so we cannot recover generated text or settings after you close the page or lose your copy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its output are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We also do not promise that it will suit a particular purpose or work with every device, font, app, or platform.

We try to describe character support accurately. You are responsible for reviewing the output and deciding whether it suits your intended use. Information on the site is general product guidance. It does not guarantee acceptance or display on a third-party service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss related to the site or its output. This applies whether you use the site, cannot use it, or rely on its output. It includes loss caused by platform rejection, display differences, inaccessible text, lost copies, or another person’s misuse of generated text.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or any responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. You may have additional rights based on where you live.

Privacy

Text conversion runs in your browser, and the generator does not send us the text you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains the site's current data practices, including hosting logs, cookies, analytics, email, and privacy requests.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Changes apply when published unless we state a later date. We will not apply a change retroactively if doing so would reduce rights provided by law.

If you continue using the site after revised terms take effect, the revised terms will apply to that continued use. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the site.
